Good morning all. I have almost missed my window of opportunity for getting outside today. The sun is shining bright, which trust me is not all that big a deal when it does it almost all the time, it's warming up quickly. I think I will spend my gardening time pulling up pecan tree saplings out of the north shade bed.

I still have some plants in pots to get in the ground, arrggg, better get busy.

Sunshine here today. dr got the clothes washed and most are dry already. I've got my inside work done and will try to get the weed eating done this afternoon. Says it will be 83 here today. The rain missed us last night so I've got to water some stuff.

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently just 1°C with fresh layer of SNOW on the ground!! I am not too happy with Mother Nature right now!! We also lost our power for 2 hours this morning which did not start the day out well as the sump pump is running steady. I had to start up the generator a few times to run the pump so the basement wouldn't flood. I think I'm going to start my day over. Have a great day all :)

Happy Wednesday morning. It was a foggy start to the day with temps in the low 60s. It's nice and sunny now and expected to reach the high 80s.
Can't believe you still have to deal with snow Netty!

Good morning all. Netty can you bottle up some of that snow and send it down here in July and August?
The really nice Spring daytime high temperatures (70-80deg) have gone by the wayside :'( now it's upper 60's at night to around 90 daytime. :-x

Got a lot of weeding and Canna transplanting done yesterday. I might be able to get out in the back for some weeding and planting in a bit but my back is really sore from yesterday so I might not.

Good afternoon everyone. Rainy day here with fog. At least it isn't snow! I see the forecast gives a chance of flurries tomorrow though. Fingers crossed that it will be just the rain.
    Enjoy your day!

    A quick Hello to all.

My computer was down till today from Friday Easter. Server had to send me a new power adapter so I could get on line to even send emails or go on this site . So sorry I have not commented. Snow has melted so see what the weekend will bring . May all have had a good week so far.

Good Thursday morning all. Currently -2°C and sunny. A change in my routine this morning as I got called in to work for the day. Was going to work in my own garden today, I guess it will have to wait until SUnday ... that's the next dry day after today. Have a great day all :)

Happy Thursday morning. Another "typical" day here... temps from 70 to mid to upper 80s and sunshine. I'll be watering the containers this evening and I guess it's about time to give the newly planted stuff a drink too. I've got to find some of that mesh stuff to put over my strawberries. Someone ate the 5 or 6 that were just about ripe. Darn birds or bunnies!

Good morning to everyone. Cold and rainy and perhaps a little snow before it is all over with. Just seems like no end to winter! Have a great day all.

Good morning all. 70 and going up the low 80's by late afternoon, a few clouds and windy and as usual dry as a bone. A cool front coming through on Monday should drop the temps down closer to what I like...low 70's for highs!!

Gardening is calling and I must respond :-D

Good Friday morning all. Currently 4°C and overcast. Spent just one day at work and the house looks like a bomb went off in it! Looks like I'll be spending my day cleaning. Have a great day all :)
