Good Evening all. Currently 20°C and overcast, but it was a lovely, sunny day.
I spent the day at work again trying to get ahead of the spring cleanup. On Monday I'll be back full time.
Now, I'm going to relax :)

That's it, I'm off to bed now.

Alexander Rybak has won the Eurovision Song Contest with "Fairytale" and the dance group Frikar. What a nice way to end a Saturday. :D

Good evening all, I am in Ireland for a week so apologies if my presence is slightly lacking for a few days. I'll do my best of course but don't worry if for example the PlantStew suggestion and image review is a bit slower than usual.

    Good evening everyone
I had such a full day - now I am totally tired, but not too tired to surf a bit.
Talking about surf - this morning I mentioned that my hubby wanted to go surfing - well we did.
OK he did - not me - the only surfing I do is on the net. I took some photos though. I will upload these and post tomorrow morning. RIght now I need a serious bath and some soup.
Have a great Friday everyone. :stew1:

Good evening all. I am exhausted!! But at least my internet connection is working today...I've had trouble with it for the past 4 days. It was a busy week and I look forward to sleeping in tomorrow.

Good evening all. I've been running here and there and back and out again all day, so now I'm going to sit myself down, do nothing and watch LOTR III for the umphteenth time. Weather's chilly, windy but dry. 10C/50F for most of today. Maybe our plants will get back to normal blooming schedule, whatever that is.

    Have a lovely evening/day.

Evening all, still 10C/50F, no rain or hail but rather windy. I've been outside all day, and now I'm just ready to do nothing for a while.

Good Evening all. I was very busy out in the veggie patch today! I managed to get all the soil turned and then a few things planted. Tomato's, Cabbage, Leeks, Leaf lettuce, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Romaine, Kale and Zucchini are all in. Tomorrow (after work but before soccer) the planting continues!

No yard work since Thurs, had the grandsons and the two grand-doggies until about an hour ago, they have gone home now so Gramma's resting time has begun.

It froze here 7 out of the last 10 nights, June 7th and the hard freezes continue. High to day 56 F not looking any better tomorrow. Just where is that global warming when one might like some.

For some reason, the nice summer weather just can't get over the hump. We normally have very nice weather here, all be it a short summer, it can get well into the 90s on occasion, or even to 100. But, no sign of any of that yet.

Evening all, we've got that windy, chilly weather still, and tomorrow it will be fortified with rain again. Guess we can't complain after a few days of dry and part sunny. :D

Going into a very busy spell this week and a bit of next too, so I won't be around much.
