I’ve bought seeds from EBay before and plants, both were fine. The seeds were however in a branded sealed packet.
I have been well pleased with them ! Many of the sellers are just smaller seed producers ! GroCo is one I have bought from and its a Texas seed company ! Just read the feedback from buyers and see what they say ! And I can say from experience that it is better to pick a grower close to your own area !
