Ok...The rain dances for me can stop now.
Ive had two very fast moving, very nasty storms move through here in the last two day. This last one was really bad. Lightning hit in the horse field behind my house. The whole house shook and lights flickered.

    No more please!

I think, that you need to have your dogs howl it away. Chance does a good job of it. She was a little upset last night because she wanted to bark at the thunder and the curtain was closed. I opened it for her and she was disappointed because even with her nose on the glass she couldn't see anything outside. She got down and went out to the laundry room and stuck her head out of her doggy door and barked. Of course, that didn't last because she hates to get wet. Dooley

Hey Feet of Flames, get back on the dance floor.
We are in day 77 of no rain with none in sight unless the tropical wave from the Gulf moves a little bit west then we might get some, but there is that IF again.

Just polishing my shoes off now Toni and consulting with my choreographer on some new dance moves. Watch out... FEET OF FLAMES will be smoking soon!

Toni, I hope y'all get rain soon, we were really dry here too. But now everything is doing good. I think our water table level is up to normal now. The water is standing instead of soaking in. We had a really bad storm early last night. Lost power for 4 hourss and I got hardly any sleep.

Hey Frank good to see you back on the job. We finally got some rain yesterday, but we still need more. Thought this elephant could help you out. If your feet get to smoking too much he can spray a little water from his trunk in your direction to stop any fires you may start -- and cool off your feet a little too if they get too hot.

It's too bad that the rain dance can't be directed to the proper gardens. One gets too much and one gets none at all. How can it be arranged to give each garden the proper amount? Dooley

You would think the efforts of the giant dancing alien would do something here... still hotter than a flapjack... gasp....

*dances something that doesn't take a lot of energy... the Hokey Pokey*
