Spooky thought, Jan! I've learned that I was mistaken all these years, that gnomes are NOT cheesy, and I can be proud of the one that lives in my garden. Also, that ALOT of gardeners live in Loozyanna! And that people really DO read blogs, I thought I was starting one just for my own benefit!
Toni, I have learned more about beautiful quilts from you than I thought possible. Thanks so much! And I have learned that lots of great gardeners live in Washington. But I already knew that. I just didn't know any of them personally, well not many anyway.
I've learned ~ ~ that I'm usually the last one to find a cool new thread. ~ that the cat looks at me very suspiciously when I laugh out loud suddenly and there is no one else in the room except for me and him, and he hasn't just told me a joke. :-? ~ that gnome juice is curiously addictive.
Things I learned on the Stew: That even though I'm not a gardener, I enjoy the Stew and all the strolls through many beautiful gardens. That there are a lot of fun and talented people on here. That there are many sunsets and sunrises and each one is different and beautiful. That gnomes are really not so bad...just mischievous That people on the Stew are very busy people.
Other things 1. Ifeel as comfortable with my stew family as my real family. 2. I am a world traveler because of the stew one day last week I visited South Africa, Scotland, Sweden, England'Canada, Austrailia and Spain all in one day. 3. We actually live the dream of equality here no social casteor economic prejudice. 4 Some people who talk to me here might cross the street in real life because of my appearence but here I am invited into their hom. 5 I look forward to hearing abolut the temp in Sweden every morning. 6. Gnomes have eclectic tastes in music.
I've learned there are people who pinch pictures of sunsets and sunrises .Those people are great gardeners and loves all of us in the Stew as we love her.I've learned Franks father OMG.
About Frank I'm sorry, I was young , I was drunk, I was high, I was just passing through Ireland wait I deny everything I claim the Sgt. Shultz defense I know nothing. Also I didn't inhale and I threw the crystal meth away.
I've learned that: - Eileen loves sunsets. - Members have patience for putting with my constant design tweaks a few months back. - Jan was only joking about the Gnome Home being a holiday home. She wouldn't do that to me. - The Stew is growing at an exciting rate. - There are many more adventures to follow. - Members believed me when I hinted that my father was Fabio.
That Zuzu is one of the funniest people on the planet That Richard is a close second. That more people want to know about ponds than I ever thought. That Dooley is busier than any three people I know. That Eileen knows more about plants that is possible for any human being.
"I've learned there are people who pinch pictures of sunsets and sunrises. Those people are great gardeners and love all of us in the Stew as we love her." Aaawww Glenda did I ever tell you you are one of the nicest people I know?
That Sharon is indeed the day lily diva That Sharon puts up with Richard That Toni knows what hypertufa is That Muddybob is a magnificent horse. That Glendann is at least as busy as Dooley. That DR can put together a sortie as well as Macarthur That Frank is picky about resorts and is the son of Richard, Yikes!! That Netty, our newcomer, is a sweetheart who will learn to love us all.
