You lucky devil. We are expecting 1 to 2 inches of snow tonight. My daff's are up about 2 inches with no sign of a bud!
Jerry, I haven't found the white ones locally will have to see what I can find before next fall. Multiplying is what I hope they do out there. Sorry to hear about the coming snow Netty. We might have another freeze or two before winter is over, the 13th is our average last date for freezes but we have had them as late mid-April. I wouldn't mind some snow, we have had no measurable precipitation since early January. Jon, I was using my little 6" tri-pod to get those photos, being right down there with them made me think I need to find a small gnome or faery to sit out there. Oh, I do have a 3" tall gnome right in front of me on my desk, I could stand him out there. Eileen, I really do home they like it out there cause taking over that bed is what I really would like for them to do. Capt, sorry about your snow. I will gladly trade this mexican cap of hot air for some of your snow. Anticipation will make the Daffs look even prettier when they do get a chance to bloom.
You lucky girl you! Thanks for sharing your colours. I've only got frost roses, and all the colour's on our noses and cheeks. We've got about four inches/ten cm of snow, and lo and behold! it just started snowing again. Please keep'em coming, Toni. I'm colour deprived.
