This ole body is falling to bits!

    Hi EJ Im Margie I hope you get your nights sleep and you feel better,You said they gave you anti- Depressants for nerve pain I had cancer and had to take 38 radation treatments it was bad, it put blisters on my side and hurt so bad,they said they guess they gave me to many treatments and it burnt up my nerves.And also made my ribs soft ,every time I turned around one of my ribs were breaking ,I turned over in bed one bight and broke one, so it ended up they had to take out 4 of my ribs and replace them with titaium ,But I wonder why they didnt give me anti- depressants for the nerves they burnt up.If the meda. help please let me know

    Oh Margie, what an awful time for you. I don't know if the anti-depressants are a new idea or not, they have been okay, but my sleeping pattern is a little mucked up, however, I did a lot of knitting yesterday and then had an awful night last night with the pains in my arm and hand so I am wondering if that agrevates it or it was just one of those things...I will have a better idea tonight as again I have been knitting. I will keep you posted.

    I had problems with that too after an injury, and I bought the wrist braces which worked for me. I know many who have had the surgery and they're doing great now with no pain. Best of luck 2 U!
