Pacnorwest, i would usually make a new thread with this but as you say that you can't get cream cheese, here's 2 recipes for you. I haven't tried them because hubby doesn't like it.

When I have made a cheesecake, I used some condensed milk.

 

Who doesn’t like cheese cake?… there’s so many styles and recipe’s… there’s a chain restaurant in the US called , The Cheese Cake Factory….. so many delicious flavors and styles.. crusts from A-Z.

 

OMGGM. It sounds like a slice of heaven to me.
