    Gorgeous pictures again ...I love the rose especially since I quit growing them...I will admire everyone elses..Sherry

    I am glad you liked those fotos. That rose was almost a goner this year. I had decided to prune it back quite a bit this year and see what it would do. It is doing great again. My partner likes the fabulous blooms but strongly dislike the thorns and has said on more than one occasion that she would not miss it if I decided to take it out.
    It is loaded with so many big, flouncy blossoms this year that it had another years' reprieve. :)
