Looks like they are in about a two gallon pot. Tops look pretty good and the leaves dying at the bottom are pretty normal in this heat. I sure think you got a mis-marked plant. Those look like an oak leaf variety which many heirlooms are. Have no idea which it might be. One problem with a pot that small is that you can not keep it watered evenly. I am guessing its in a commercial potting soil that is designed to be fast draining as most are. My first suggestion would be to sit the pot inside of a container with water and let it soak at least an hour when watering. It should have been in a larger pot with half soil and half potting medium. Then it would not dry out as quickly. But work with what you have and try to keep the soil about medium moisture level.
I grew some tomatoes when we traveled in a motor home but even in the five gallon buckets we used it was not as easy as putting them in plain old garden dirt. Like Sjoerd said just give them a shake,, they will pollinate themselves.
Be sure to read the link about tomato pollination.

Mart....I believe I got mismarked plants also. I put them in these pots with compost and moisture control soil because they were supposed to be container (patio) plants so this is really unexpected. Heck I would be afraid to put them in a larger pot and end up with 8ft to 12 ft plants and no fruit....like some others that I grew before. Then when I put that grow light on them, this is what I got...lol. The watering is pretty even (every other day) and is doing pretty good....but funny you should mention putting them in another container because I just thought about that this morn. I will probably do that very soon.. I do have other tom plants at my son's house that are growing like crazy and we have eaten a few grape toms off of them. They were wonderful!!!! Thanks for the tips though!!

How about an electric toothbrush? Any thoughts?

The thing about a small pot is the roots can not spread out. What usually happens is a tall skinny plant with no side branches.
