Took some Irises for a ride

    I remember someone with a little farm with a red gate sending me some booklets and a bunch of seeds a few years ago.... so this just will be repayment. ;)

    I gave away most of my Iris for the same reason. I kept 2 as they seem to bloom much longer than the others did but they still spread so fast and I've given everyone I know starts so guess I'll have to toss divisions this summer.

    I was chatting with the owners friend one day, who volunteers there. She was saying that although there's lots of plants & trees... she wished they'd add more color. Well... hopefully the Irises will fill that bill, at least in the spring. :flower:
