    Biita, Thanks for sharing the recipe. Do you squeeze the potatoes after grating to get the liquid out or just leave it in?
    I am going to China tonight- cold sesame noodles and hot and sour soup.

    Biita , that sounds like latkes to me , yummy . We sometimes grate a zucchini to it as well for variety .

    I get rid of the liquid Traveling. Mmmmm, i love chinese food too!! Like i said i love all foods, just about. But then i work like a horse here, so i burn up alot of energy. But thats good, because i can indulge,,,lol. Have a great time in your chinese kitchen tonight!

    Arv, i didn't know that name, intresting. I guess the potato is a staple in alot of cultures. I have tried those with the sour cream and chives on top. I love the idea of zuchini in the pankake. I have grated sweet potatoes in them before and it was awesome. I'm going to try the zuchini. Thanks for that!
