Carolyn, I am sorry about your relative. Anyone can die from any vaccine. It used to be on the consent forms one had to sign to get any vaccine. I have had a severe allergic reaction to the Hep-B vaccine that was strongly urged upon us for the last job I had. I have had anaphylactic reactions to several medications. NO THANK YOU to ALL vaccines out there. I refuse them all. I don't care about traveling. You can check the ingredients at the CDC website any time.
