Thanks Droopy, Tooty2shoes and Philip Nulty. Still in the midst of sorting out things and was suffering from high fever yesterday which did not help at all. Now feeling much better and will have to get the bacon done this afternoon or else will the beautiful piece of pork belly will become Chinese roast pork!!! :-D
