Raining here this morning so we went food shopping. :( Came back - put everything away and it had dried up. Just taking a quick break to check in here before going back outdoors. Finishing the edges of the lawn off and then getting some of the mound planted up. :D

Really nice this weekend. 70 degrees now and sorta cloudy.

I am clearing out the ivy that is creeping all over the side yard. About half done now, had to come in for a cold can of Chrysanthemum tea, take a dead fishy out of Amanda's tank to be buried and start the VCR to record NASCAR so now I can go back to pulling up IVY.

Today's soundtrack should be 'Rain is all around' by Wet Wet Wet! It's been bucketing down all day, I think it is the wettest day of the year so far. Quite mild though 12 deg C / 54 deg F.

    Happy Mother's Day, Mrs. Bugs!!

It was 75F degs. here today. We spent the whole day outside. Tomorrow is another day. It's supposed to be as nice so we'll spend another day outside. So many projects that didn't get done because of the snow and cold. Greenhouse is on the way to being finished. It needs a door and some trim. Dooley

As soon as I clean up the mess around it. It is in our so-called work area that is always a mess. It's worse now because we have additional mess from our son's ex-house. He's going to be hanging around for a while so I have to find somewhere for his mess or we won't have room for our mess. Dooley

Today the clouds are beginning to move in, still should be a high around the mid-60's and wonderful gardening weather.....but not for me. Those clouds are supposed to be bringing some rain tomorrow and Wednesday and some heavy spring storms on Thursday.

I really overdid it yesterday working on the ground ivy and that on top of spending all day Saturday walking around the Texas Indian Market with my two daughters on our monthly Mom/daughter day out. Sitting and knitting sounds like a winning plan for today.

I'm sorry that your kitty cat is hurt. I hope the vet can help it. It's a bit breezy here today. It is supposed to rain tomorrow and Wednesday. It's going to be in the 60's today. I'm off to plant the herb seeds. Dooley

Hehe let it go Bugs, let it go :D

Anyways... Slight drizzle today but a much better day than yesterday's disaster. Lovely and mild as well. And with the extra hours daylight a very pleasant affair overall :D

It was a pleasant day here but not as nice as yesterday. I got the herbs planted and put away in the greenhouse. It's finished except for the trim. I now have a laundry room again. Tomorrow I will arrange the inside but for tonight I just stuck everything inside. It's supposed to rain tomorrow and Wednesday. Dooley

P.S. Desert Rat does all the laundry so he snorted when I said I had a laundry room again. Dooley
