It's about 75 here today. I wore a long sleeve shirt all day and was outside. It's a little windy but not too bad. We cleared out the little wood shed (4ftby 6 ft by 10ft high. We cut it all into burnable lengths and stacked it into the big wood shed. We haven't had a fire in a couple of weeks. The breeze was blowing sawdust and pollen around so I guess I will be sneezing in a bit. I may have to take an allergy pill but you can't just quit because of a little sneezing. Anyway that's a job we didn't expect to be doing today. Now, it's done. The wood isn't all cut. There are still a few stacks here and there to cut and fit into a woodshed. Dooley

101 here now and we are having rolling blackouts. the power company is turning off power in various areas for 15 minutes each. Our's hasn't gone out yet, but it will be our turn eventually.
That will probably happen just as the AC repairman gets here later this evening to service the house central AC unit that started acting up today.

Ours has a coil leak, needs a new coil but at over $1000 that will have to wait. The guy had to put in about 3 pounds of freon to replace what had leaked out, that should hold us thru this summer and we will get the repairs done sometime this fall when we don't need the AC or the heat since they are both in the same unit.

P.S. I wanted to add that the temp was still 90 degrees at 10 p.m. last night

It was 76F here today. I was still wearing a long sleeve shirt because the breeze made it feel cool. The was a lot of pollen in the air. I sneezed my way through the day and took an allergy pill when I got home. I feel better now. Dooley

Mild verging on chilly here in Malmö (6 deg C / 43 deg F), not a spot of blue to be seen in the sky. I really hope the weather starts to pick up soon, we had a couple of nice days last week but it needs to continue!

    Dublin can be heaven ,
with coffee at eleven and a stroll round Stephen's Green .
    Graftons Street's a wonderland ,
there's magic in the air ,
There are diamonds in a ladies eyes
and gold dust in her hair. :D

Dublin can indeed be heaven on a sunny spring morning , we have lots of parks and they look great this morning with all the Spring flowers out . The weather here has been absolutly great , yesterday was a lovely 17 degrees c . Great gardening weather with lots of phone calls for work , which is good after the long hibernation .
I have two large patio projects (boring ) to do , a Zen garden which I'm looking forward to . Also two nature gardens which are my favourite .
Hope you are all keeping well 8) Bugs

I guessed you were busy Bugs and now my assumption has been proven correct :) Sounds like you have some great projects lined up (apart from the "boring" patio projects that is hehe).

A balmy 8 deg C / 46 deg F in Malmö. Had quite a nice day yesterday as well.

    DR likes the poetry, Bugs.

It is a nice sunny day here today but it's gone back to being cool. Only 59F yesterday and maybe in the 60's today. It was still too windy to do anything outside yesterday. I'm hoping it won't be so bad today. I have plans to be outside. Dooley

It has been in the 80's today but there is a cool front heading our way overnight and it should be more spring like tomorrow, temps in the 60's. Should make really good sleeping weather for a couple of nights with the temp in the 40-50 range. I can handle that. Just might get some rain too. :-D

It's nice here this morning so of course it's the morning that I work at the library. After I'm done we are going to Prescott to do some errands and have lunch. Yesterday I got half my herb garden area dug but it was still a bit windy so today I'm sneezing my way "Head off". That tree is dropping pollen like crazy. I wish it would rain now and get it all gone quickly. Dooley
