Windy and cool today, just under 60. My sinuses have been really bothering me lately so I will not be going out back to make them worse in the cool wind.
Was hoping we would get some of the rain Oklahoma is getting (without the tornadoes of course) but once again rain is not for us. :'(

Another lovely day in Dublin , temp is about 15 degrees c. Nice for working in , most of my seedlings are doing well . The dreaded slugs are starting to make their presence felt , all I can do is remain philosophical . I refuse to use slug pellets :setc_014: :sete_011: Bugs

It's a very lovely day here, the temperature is 80F with a light, cool breeze!! It's supposed to start raining here later! I sure wish I felt like getting out there and working on my gardening, but I'm still feeling quite bad!!! Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to get out there!!

Good dry day today . There is a definate change in the weather since the 60s , 70s, 80s, virtually no frost or snow , with the rainfall down considerably . I am watering my plants every day now :setc_088: Any one notice any changes where you are 8) Bugs

What a difference a day makes. We didn't get all the rain we were supposed to yesterday afternoon, but we did get a small shower last night!! The temperature is a cool 59F right now the high is 73 for this afternoon, a welcome since our highs have been in the high 80s and 90s!!! Very good gardening weather today!!!

Nice here today. It's near 70F. The forecast is for showers tomorrow. HOPE, HOPE! I know it hasn't rained or snowed here much. It's been drought conditions since the early 90's. Dooley

Best day of the year , I was doing tree surgery today and it was tee shirt weather here in the afternoon . I had two supervisors a 3 and a 5 year old watching me from the house . Every time the timber came crashing to the ground there was loads of applause . When they are other peoples kids :D its a pity they have to grow up 8) Bugs

It was nice and sunny here this morning and I got a lot done. The squash,(summer) that I put in the garden last night is standing tall. One has some little holes in one leaf so something tried it out for taste. I'll put some earwig food down there tonight if it doesn't rain. It is getting cloudy and very windy now. i was digging the herb garden area and have it about 2/3rds finished. Now is the hard part. Digging out grass and weeds from between the stones. We were going to work on the fountain, but it's just too windy. Dooley

Hope springs eternal. Our sky is getting darker and darker, there are thunder rumbles off in the distance and when I was out checking the yard I felt a few rain drops. Mid 60's now and we are supposed to be in for some heavy rain later this afternoon and evening.

I have to get my grandsons from school at noon today so working outside is not happening for me even tho it is perfect gardening weather.
