Today was in the 90's and no rain--at least none in my area. Did get a quick shower yesterday afternoon for about 30 minutes--that dried off pretty quickly. Possibility of showers tomorrow is better.
Sure hope some rain will come your way Toni.

We have had exceptionally warm weather here in Ireland for the last 3 weeks , all sorts of records were broken . Today the weather broke and we have what we call "a soft day " One can walk around in the rain in just a tee shirt and it can be very pleasant .

:-D Lots of rain overnight and this morning , its more than welcome , all the trees and shrubs have been under severe stress . Some mature oaks and beech are dying in the south east of England . Here in Ireland its been the driest summer since 1976 .

Prefering the weather much more nowadays, feels much milder and fresh. One thing I can't stand is choking, stagnant air heat, yuck!
    Temp now at 11pm is 22 deg C / 72 deg F.

Goodness, I wish we could get down to 72 for an overnight low....without having to run the AC that is.

Mostly the temp is hovering around 80 at 6 a.m. and up from there to the 100+ range in the afternoon again.

And still no rain, none in our future for a few weeks either it looks like.

Last night at 10:30 our temp was 91 with a feels like of 101.

Mildly overcast here, fluffy clouds and thin clouds and bits of blue among them. It's in the mid-70s this week and very pleasant outside with a gentle breeze now and then. I just spent the last two days intermittantly running my chipper to work though the heap of branches accumulated over the past year from windstorms, etc... Thankful that it wasn't in that heat we had before.

It was cloudy here today, beautiful big puffy white clouds, but no rain. It was only in 80's so was really nice. The truck wasn't even boiling hot when I came out of the library at noon. Our last big rain was on Sunday evening. Dooley
