80 at 7a.m. and going into the 100's by early afternoon.
Next chance of rain for us appears to be sometime in, oh say...January if we follow the same weather conditions as last year and it appears we will be :'(
Our last big rain was May 8th and if memory serves me correctly, it was really nice.

Absolutely bucketing it down here for the past 12 hours. We had really bad thunder and lightning last night but I love it so my spirits are lifted today. More, more!

High 90's again today with unbearable humidity. It was supposed to start storming at 4:00 - it is now after 7:00 and no sign of a storm.

It's been another hot one here--98--heat index 100 and high humidity. We are still needing rain.

Hot, mid 90's here today but at 7 tonight it was to cool off. I didn't check the thermometer but it was windy and cooler when I took Fred outside. We are supposed to get thunderstorms tonight but so far they have all gone north of us.

Lovely morning here on our green and pleasant Isle , I've an easy day today , a short one hour job in one of the "big " houses arond here :D it usually involves sitting around drinking tea with the housekeeper, she has been working in this house for 52 years . In the afternoon Bugs Junior and I are building a new bed for his room ( no flat pack stuff )
