    I like it but hubby doesn't like melted cheese, looks yummy.

    I had tinned tomatoes on toast with a fried egg and fried sliced potatoes cooked left over from yesterday. Hubby had sausage sandwich and fried egg sandwich, the bread was toasted.

    I made a Cheesy Fish and Spinach Pie with accompanying veg - Broccoli, Green Beans and Sweetcorn.

    Typical Dutch supper— meatballs and gravy with boiled spuds and green beans. I was over the moon.

    Oreti— I love spinach too, but because I have so much trouble with it shooting, I replace it with Swiss chard. I love that too now. I honestly could eat it every day.

    Very easy peasy for us tonight - long day of finishing necessary home renos. Homemade pizza made ahead, and two slices broiled in the oven with a cold beer to thank Hubby for all of his huge efforts this week.
