Daniel— whilst in Mexico, I noticed that the tortillas themselves were not always made with the same sort of flour. I finally asked a chap about that and he told me that indeed some were made with wheat and some with corn.

So I am wondering which type you use or…prefer.

I liked the taste of the corn ones better but liked the wheat ones if I was rolling my own because they were a bit thinner and a bit more pliant.

**Just as a side note: we have a tortilla-like thing called a roti. The ones we most often eat are filled with lamb chunks with a “gravy”, so to speak along with spud chunks and kausebanden (a sort of long, skinny bean-like veggie). It is a spicy dish, but oh my goodness is it tasty.
