That ALMOST reminds me of a fondue, except with those bitterballen instead of bread, and mustard instead of fondue cheese. Also, they look to me almost like falafel, despite being completely different, and falafel being dipped in tahini sauce or hummus. Supper tonight - tacos!
Tonight it will be sticky chicken. It is made with katjap manis (a sweet and thick Indonesian soy sauce), honey, tom catsup with hot peppers and ginger. This one has dark meat chicken, onions, our beans and other things she threw in. Daniel, your tacos look really tasty. Mmmmmmm.
Everything looks so good! I love getting new ideas from everyone. Tonight is a comfort food of BBQ meatballs on basmati rice. I'll have some roasted zucchini on the side.
Tonight it’s Swiss chard with feta cheese mixed through, cheese tortellinis and pommeled chook. Sounds delish, Mel. I’ll be right over.
You I've grown swiss chard past couple years for my friends. They both say it is so delicious how my wife makes it...I'll save you some. Must be real delicious cause I yet to see any. LMAO
@Sjoerd - I have never thought of mixing feta into my Swiss Chard! That sounds wonderful. I will be trying that for sure. Tonight is butter chicken on basmati rice. I will have some broccoli and cauliflower on the side.
