Those pepper leaves still look good. Mine were beginning to droop. Good that you are going to get the last pepper. I would like to do that as well, but my remaining plants now are outside. While under curtains, they are beginning to stress. There are still quite a few peppers on those plants. I fear that they will never blush before the frost comes.

Nice bit of kit there to harvest your leaves. Tell me about those receptacle bags.

Nothing today, I'm in one of those lazy moods.
But I can't really do anything because I told hubby that he can fill the rubbish bin this time. He's been giving me the hint but i don't know when he'll do it.

Ours will probably give up when the deeper frosts come.

The bags of leaves are bulk bags that sand gets delivered in, they are free :)

Last time we filled 9 bags

I thought that I recognised those bags. Do you use them every year then? Nine bags full is a good loadI use some Norwegian bin liners that are huge by Dutch standards. I just use them year after year until they literally fall apart. They are so handy.

Not much--watered tomatoes, peppers, lettuce and garlic, harvested some lettuce and a large pepper (bell, not one of Sjoerd's chili peppers).

    Cleared some more leaves.

I'll do some more on Sunday, I might strip one on the wisterias as the leaves have "turned" I do it every year.

We use them till they fall apart too :D When it got too hot to work outside this year I went into the woods and made a vid of the compost area. I included the leaf mold :)

What a delightful vid. John Innis’s got noffink on you, mate.
Seriously though, it was a good vid that simply and clearly lays out what you do, how you do it and what can be done with with your results. It had a sort of professional feel.
    Chapeau.

Haven't done anything. Lots of leaves to clear but the ground's too wet. If it stays dry for the next two days I'll clear some on Tuesday, probably enough to fill the green bin that gets emptied on Wednesays.

I picked more peppers and strung them. I also cut down more spent flower stems for the veggie beds. Finally, I harvested some B. sprouts.
It was moist, and cool with a light wind. But it was dry and that was a green light for me.
