We have what I always knew as morning glories, but they call them something else here. And don't even get me started on creeping charlie.

Snow is still covering everything. I just started some strawberry seeds inside.

Willow We have similar issues with white or pink morning glory/field bindweed. It’s spreads all season and easy grower in our zone 8b. It has taken many years to eliminate them from the garden . I wish some of my plants were that efficient as ground covers. We also get pink rain lilies that grow in the pastures I don’t mind them, but the wild blackberries drive me a nuts. They have been known to cover small buildings . I do have creeping Jenny and the bright yellow blooms. They are not invasive here and they look nice in some areas in the garden. There are many more invasive plants.

Half the nation is under a weather alert a huge arctic blast. Stay warm and stay safe. Those quilts will come in handy. Of course I think your quilts are to nice to use but more for hanging on a wall to add a bit of flair to any room.

No gardening today. I stayed indoors. Lots of rain.
