If these get the necessary rain they produce about two months. But even if it gets dry they will slow down and many times after a rain late in the season they will make a second crop. Of course I am talking about in Texas heat. Kind of depends on what your growing season is.
I won't have close to that, but I canned some veggie stock and a little chicken stock today. I sure do envy your pantry. I do NOT have enough room for all that I can. I will figure something out after the girls are both in college. (one more to go)
