Wednesdays I do not have to cook. Randy has dinner with his cowboy shooting gang, on his way home from work Amanda and I have him pick something up for us. Sometimes it is chicken strips from Wendy's but tonight dinner will be prepared by Taco Bueno. Wannabe, there is only one Ryan's left in our area that we can find and it is about 45 minutes away. I don't know why they pulled out of here, the one just a couple of miles from us was always busy.
Nothing is cooking today. Richard get to spend quality time with the girls today. He is taking them to the mall after school and they will probably eat there, I will have cereal and milk.
As a vegan, my dinners always consist of brown rice and veggies. Tonight was a real treat tho. Donna fried okra, so I had that too.
Onionburgers, and quinoa mixed with sauteed onions, garlic, mushrooms, and broccoli with a little olive oil.
I baked a turkey breast,had cornbread dressing, gravy, and cranberry sauce. I even bought a pumpkin pie to go with it. Wannabe
Poppa John's Pizza, the Works for Richard and I, pepperoni for the kids, plus cheese bread, parmesan bread sticks with pizza sauce and garlic butter for dipping. I did not even think about the saturated fat and the trans fat , I just enjoyed it.
Worked up an appetite packing Baked pork chops, mac and cheese, black eyed peas, turnip greens, fried squash, cornbread and sweet tea.
I fixed a roast with potatoes,carrots,cabbage,onion and mushrooms and added brown gravy for lunch. Tonight we went out for pasta. Wannabe
Today we have Chicken ala heart attack baked boneless chicken breastinjected with Dale's sauce ,a strip of bacon on top, bell pepper and red onion strips , wrapped in aluminum foil baked for 30 mins. on broil then open foil top with shrreded monterey jack and colby cheese whick you let melt and then you call your cardiologist. I guess if you bake it on broil it would be broiling then , right? Anyway my family seems to like it .
