    They really are good.
    Shanna ,Cheyenne and I had tacos tonight.Shanna cooked them and they were so good.

    Baked chicken, creamed mashed potatoes, kidney beans with sauted onions, steamed carrots and broccoli. A solid meal. Wished I exercise this evening though. Will make up for it though.

    Fried catfish, oysters, shrimp cake, potato salad, green salad, for Richards birthday. The banana pudding is on hold, I forgot the coolwhip so I will make it in the morning before work.

    Looks like scrambled eggs with be on the menu. Hubby is babysitting and will be home in about a half hour and we have to eat quick and then head to church for practice for the Good Friday Drama.

    Richard baked chicken in a tomato, garlic, basil marinade, along with a pasta dish. Don't know what happened to the veggie. All I ate was the chicken. Extremely yummy.

    Hubby and are are both in the Good Friday program at church tonight so will be eating there. The ladies are feeding us before the program. - Don't know what but it will be good I am sure.

    For Easter dinner, crawfish stew, green beans and potatoes , salad, and I also fried some crawfish for Regina, she leaves for New York in the morning and she dearly loves fried crawfish.

    Easter dinner at a restaurant with friends. Ham, turkey and all the fixings. Not as good as home cooked but better than having to cook.

    We had leg of lamb and roasted potatoes. Strawberry shortcake for dessert. Only dr and I were here so lots of leftovers. Curry tomorrow. Dooley
