I was just asking myself what we were going to eat. I still have some lamb left but we've eaten it two nights now. Still it needs to be used. Dooley
I find re-cooking leftovers or throwing some kind of twist to them can bring something anew to leftovers. Try cutting up your lamb into small bite size pieces (if not already diced), through them in a pan that is coated with enough cooking oil. Then saute with some frozen vegetables until meat is re-heated or cooked slightly more. Put them on top with some cooked rice of your preference.
When I don't really feel like cooking I go for something simple.Lastnight I cooked mac n cheese and mixed tuna and peas in it.We all enjoyed it
Herrera's Tex-Mex restaurant cooked for us tonight. I emailed Randy this afternoon that his supper choices were Take Out or Go Out. He replied that's better than my usual two offers of Fix it yourself or Go Hungry. Shanna, another quick and really good supper is Tuna Spaghetti. I think I will post it in the Recipes forum in case you are interested.
Home-made steak pie for us with baby new potatoes, broccoli, petite pois, green beans with lashings of gravy.
