I am cooking on my day off. We will be having stuffed bell peppers with green beans and potatoes and a salad.
We are having ground bison patties cooked in a peppercorn mustard marinade that I am using as a cooking sauce instead. And baked sweet potatoes, oh and a green vegie if I have any.
Richard is cooking a pork and green onion sausage jambalaya. He cooks it better than me, so I leave it to him, and he is not even a Cajun. Go figure.
Absolutely nothing cooking.Probably a sandwich with chips and a Dr Pepper.I know I know ,I just don't want to hear it LOL.I hate eating by myself.
Thanks Cajunbelle ,when I cook I still end up cooking for 4 or more .I never have cooked for less .I don't messure so I have so much left over.I'd rather eat a sandwich or soup .
Pork tenderloin seasoned with Dale's seasoning done on the grill, pasta, which I skipped, and salad, which I ate a bunch of. Now if only I could stay away from the rice pudding at work I would be ok, I swear that stuff has something addictive in it.
I'm having a pork chop, turnips and greens, cream corn, lettuce and tomatos and cornbread just an old fashion supper.
I think I started this post off with gumbo, and guess what!!!!!!!! That is what I am cooking for supper, in fact we will eat on it for 2 day, that way I only have to cook today. It will have chicken, smoked turkey necks, andouille, and green onion sausage. Should be good.
