We are having ground bison patties cooked in a peppercorn mustard marinade that I am using as a cooking sauce instead. And baked sweet potatoes, oh and a green vegie if I have any.

Richard is cooking a pork and green onion sausage jambalaya. He cooks it better than me, so I leave it to him, and he is not even a Cajun. Go figure.

Pork tenderloin seasoned with Dale's seasoning done on the grill, pasta, which I skipped, and salad, which I ate a bunch of. Now if only I could stay away from the rice pudding at work I would be ok, I swear that stuff has something addictive in it.

My husband was in the pie baking mood. Apple pie and rhubarb pie - both were delicious.

I think I started this post off with gumbo, and guess what!!!!!!!! That is what I am cooking for supper, in fact we will eat on it for 2 day, that way I only have to cook today. It will have chicken, smoked turkey necks, andouille, and green onion sausage. Should be good.
