It's cool here today so I'm making meatloaf and scalloped potatoes, I think. It's a little too early to tell what kind of potatoes I will make. Dooley

Last night we had porkchops slow cooked in Cherry Barbeque sauce, rice and blackeyed peas.

Tonight is salad night. I like salad nights, I don't have to cook and each of us can eat when we are hungry.

We are having a roast with vegies. Just remembered to put it in the crockpot. The only problem with not having a working oven is forgetting to get the crockpot going early enough to have dinner before 9 p.m.

I just fixed a pan of lasagna and put it in the oven. It is big enough for several meals since there are only two of us. Wannabe

Well, I decided on beef with white onions as I bought both beef and white onions in Phoenix on Friday. Bought at the organic store so should be good. Dooley

It's leftovers at my house tonight. Made a wonderful beef roast yesterday (lots of fresh garlic). With just 2 of us there's plenty left for tonight :-D I try to make an honest-to-goodness, old fashioned Sunday dinner since the rest of the week things are always in a rush.
Doesn't always happen though, you know how that goes.

    :-D
