Been to the Big City for groceries so we're having a giant stir fry with celery, chinese cabbage, bok choy, pea pods, onions, green onions, carrots and eggplant over brown rice. Healthy eating at its finest. 8)

I'm making a big pot of chili!!! I don't like it hot so it will be mild!
When it is done I like to have a bowl of it with lots of ketchup and fritos and lots and lots of cheese!!! Yummmmm!!

I don't know what we are having. Just got home with 10 more bags of mulch and a new chainsaw chain. We have a couple of trees to start taking down so supper will be cooked by someone else and served to me. :-D

Home alone again so fixed some pasta - my husband doesn't like it so that's what I usually eat when he is away.

We ended up at Steak and Shake for supper tonight. Single originals, we three split an order of cheese fries, Randy and I split a Dark Chocolate Shake and Amanda had her own.

Talk about heart attack on a plate!!!! But sooooo good, we haven't been there in months.

    This thread makes me hungry!

I put frozen chicken in a pan, topped it with a jar of spaghetti sauce, a box of sliced mushrooms and a bunch of parmesan cheese and stuck it in the oven. It came out very, very well - I'll have to do that again sometime. We put it with rice and green-beans.
