Woohooo, it is cool enough for Clam Chowder tonight. Got the clams out and the bacon thawing.
Randy works from home today and tomorrow of this week, he came out of his office saw the ingredients on the counter and started getting hungry.

I think we will have pork chops and baked red yams. I'm not sure as I just got up and haven't had breakfast. In fact, I need to go find my tea. I think it is still in the pot. Dooley

I never know in the morning whether I'll cook, pick something up or whatever. Had some nice tilapia on my George Foreman Grill, steamed broccoli and zucchini, fried potatoes, tomatoes, and some grapes.

I'm having people over tomorrow for a tamale fest. A big pork roast is in the crock pot almost done. When it comes out a six pound chicken goes right in. I'm making salsa with the very last of the tomatos so it can sit overnight. What we're actually eating today- maybe cereal but who cares for tomorrow we will feast! 8)

I have Danish pork ribs in the Nesco, soon to get BBQ sauce. I have squash bread and rolls ready to go in the oven. Do I make zucchini with them? Maybe. I picked some in the garden today. I think it's about done for this year. Dooley

My turn to watch the pot today while Laura is at the library. Slow cooker is rolling along with bean soup. Leftover ribs and some sausage thrown in for flavor. Along with that is some of Lauras famous squash bread. It is smelling good. dr

Today we are having gumbo, chicken and andouille. They did not have my regular andouille, so I bought another brand. I hope it is ok. I also got some green onion sausage to put in it. They were demoing (is that a word) at work this weekend and it was really good. The brand is Richard's, pronounced Re-shards.I cheated a little and put the smoked turkey necks in the crock pot last night. Smelled them all night long so I think I will sneak one for breakfast. Good eating.

We have to eat again today? I guess I will have to think of something. Maybe meatloaf sandwiches. We had meatloaf yesterday and I always make a big one so we can have sandwiches. Dooley
