What's for dinner?

Going with linguini and shrimp scampi... I love pasta!

 

Fusilli noodles with chilli.

 

Chicken rolade's with sea shell pasta with cheese sauce...and Swiss chard.

 

Dry stew with pasta, carrots & mushrooms. Zuccini on the side. I am full still!

Omelttes! mushroom, red pepper & cheese.

 

Cayuga, I searched for "dry stew" and came up with nothing. I hate to bother you, but would you explain what "dry stew" is, and perhaps tell me how to make it?

 

My wife and I decided not to fight the crazy crowds for St Valentine's day yesterday, so I will be taking her to her favorite seafood place so she can gorge on the fried seafood platter!

 

I would like to know too ! What is Dry Stew ? I make stew often but certainly isn`t dry,,have to have something to put cornbread in !

Pork, chicken, sausage & bean stew with asparagus on the side. YUM.

 

Tonight it is shrimp in a garlic Alfredo sauce, herb bread, and a broccoli salad, all served with a nice Pinot Grigio.
Cayuga, that sounds like cassoulet, minus the asparagus. Lovely dinner!

Tonight I made quiche lorraine with baby kale. Only the pie crust was gluten free. Have you ever tried to make a gf pie crust?? Not easy, but it came out ok.

For dessert we'll have home made apple sauce.
