Made a cherry tomato pie last night (cause I had a ton of them!) with parmesan and ricatta cheese. Very tasty with baked pork chops. Tonight it's tacos!
Logan I like the sound of all but the plaice. Altho I must say I am not even sure I have had plaice. The look in the grocery store had put me off. I actually should try it, huh? Odif, looks delicious!
Yes if you like fish you should like plaice, we always have it already prepared with the batter or breadcrumbs on. Get it from the supermarket. Many years ago tried to prepare fresh fish it wasn't easy.
So yesterday, we made ratatouille. 28 big jars. Today tomatoes. And for dinner, tomato sauce and potatoes inside the shell of a cheese.
@Odif how do you preserve your ratatouille? Over here it's just a side vegetable dish to go with something else or on it's own. I would put a pic up but they're too large.
My birthday and this morning I made 39 bottles of tomato sauce. This evening I made a barbecue and 3 different people bought me expensive bottles of whiskey. Nice company and a hardworking and good day.
Today we had baked beans and tinned tomatoes with a fried egg on thick slices of toast. Hubby also had 5 small pieces of fried potatoes ,2 sausages and fried red onions with garlic and chilli very hot home grown chillies.
