Sorry mate I spelt it wrong...it's naan bread, it's indian bread that goes with curry's and you buy them in packets and put in the oven for a bit.
Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, potatoes, cabbage, peas, sprouts, parsnips and gravy. Pudding. Fruit cake home grown stewed cooking apples and cream.
Chicken in a bag coated in sauce you cook for 2hrs (Which as been repeating on me all night) ...roasters, cauli, broccoli, asparagus, carrots, Yorkshire pudding....just checking to make you sure I hadn't missed any greens out way to many in my eyes.
Today it’s the traditional roast turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing balls, roast potatoes, carrots, spiced red cabbage and the must have Brussel sprouts and chestnuts - yum!
Same here, roast turkey, homemade sage and onion stuffing made from bread crumbs,sausage meat from pork sausages onion and sage,pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, cabbage ,peas, sprouts, roast parsnips and gravy. Sparkling wine from NZ. Christmas pudding, homemade cranberry sauce and whipped cream. Rest of the sparkling wine.
Standard holiday leftovers... Slow roasted ham, green bean casserole, brussel sprouts with bacon and balsamic vinegar and mashed potatoes.
Leftovers...our oldest son is an excellent cook and made a delicious tender flank steak with handmade relish so we will finish that off.
Nothing much after all the food we had yesterday. Just some homemade chicken soup and a bit of vanilla cheesecake each.
Eileen hubby says he's on a diet after the new year ...i'll see this when it happens with the nibbling he's done
