Picture you, head dropping in your leftover pickles...
    :chuckle:
    We had a Tortilla
Pre cooked potatoes cubed and then fried in oil we use sunflower but any good oil ,not olive though as burns to easily....
Onion garlic if you like it Tomatoes Jamon or Parma type Ham seasoning for your taste normal.. toss into the fry pan with the Potatoes when slightly browned.
Soon when you like what you see in the pan add the Omelette now turn on your grill and grate some cheese which will be added to the pan when looking good..grill for a few minutes until he cheese is bubbling.. Serve with Crusty Bread or Rolls..can add chopped peppers to the mix or whatever you fancy yourself...
takes only 10/15 minutes of cooking time...Enjoy...

Had biscuits and gravy for dinner. I haven't had it in at least 2 years. Usually our roommate's (he does the cooking for us) cooking is so-so, but this dinner turned out pretty tasty

Had rice and some kind of thai flavored ground beef. It was different from what we usually eat, but I liked it. Had a nice citrusy bite.

Last night we had broiled cod fillets with creole sauce, rice, and broccoli. We first had creole sauce in Bonaire and loved it. I was so glad to find a recipe for the sauce and make a pretty good replica of the original. It's great on a firm white fish (grouper was the fish of choice in Bonaire, but I get what I can here!).

Home Made Pizza I actually do the base in the Bread Maker....Chorizio,Chopped Onion, Small Sliced Tomato's with 4 Cheeses and a Large Pinch of Oregano, the topping.. the base just a spread of tomato Paste...Salad is really good with this Pizza but it is going to be Frites in the Oven with the Pizza this evening..cost effective also....;)
