Oh that....Pillsbury frozen pie crusts!

 

Okie Dokie !! At least that tells me something ! Just buy the crust ! Easier anyway !!

 

DW keeps them for desserts. I am lucky that way!

 

I am blessed in so many ways.

Then after cooking for a time, the sticky bit made with our own honey was added.


I can report that it was delicious.

DW loves cake donuts and while I do manage a certain amount for The Husband Tax, some go to the freezer, some to our elderly neighbors and some try to make it to the weekend.

 

Roast turkey and stuffing with potatoes, cabbage, peas, sprouts, cauliflower and parsnips with gravy.

Summer pudding with homegrown gooseberries and white currents and ice cream, got enough for tomorrow as well

 

Waaaah-oh!
I lurve parsnips...and the pud—heavenly-looking.

Thank you Sjoerd, the plates, cups, saucers and bowls are from Denby UK. They're not cheap but stands up to the occasional knock and if any does get broken I can buy just that one piece, sometimes they're on offer.

 

We really ought to invest in a set someday. We just sort of buy them as we need them. I think that we are overcome by the tightwad syndrome.

 

Denby say that it's fashionable to have different colours and patterns in one set.

 

I have never heard that before. I’m in luck then, innit.
