    My Stokesia is blooming again. Not that it is so lovely, but that he blooming completely out- of- season.

    It's lovely Sjoerd sometimes plants flower out of season, it happens here too.

    Bar the birds out there we have only two plants that actually look good:

    Nobody believes me when I tell them I have Osteospermum growing outside in my garden all year. It's been out there for 25 years. Before that my mother had it for 10 years. It's evergreen and the leaves are aromatic. Tough as old boots.

    Also one lily that refuses to give up the gost. It has a very heavy scent:

    What a couple of beauties you are showing today, mate. I can’t tell you how much I have missed seeing you on here.
    How much longer will they be safe from the frost up there?

    No idea Sjoerd. That Osteospermum doesn't really understand the concept of "first frost" and will bloom a little bit longer than it should. The lily will probably drop the petals pretty soon. I'll be sorry to see them go, but that's Norway for you.
