    I don't think I've found a vegetable I don't like...other than okra!

I like all of them. Moreover, smoothies with vegetables taste great! :)

    Asparagus with Salmon!!!!!! Super good.
However my favorite would be Microgreens, its super easy to grow at home and they are full of vitamins. Like a vitamin bomb! They are tasty and good for salad or throw into the green smoothie to spice things up :)

Sounds good, as I sip a fresh fruit smoothie.
I too love microgreens. This year, the spinach bolted early, so I have kale, beet tops, and lettuce.

I have found that Malabar spinach serves up a delicious salad. It lasts so much longer than regular spinach. I haven't eaten it cooked, but I'm hoping it will be as tasty as it is in salads.

Sjoerd, if I cut it in thin strips and stir fry with other vegetables, I like it. Depends on how it's cooked. I didn't like it cooked whole leaf. A bit slippery.

Rachel, welcome! Favorite vegetables vary with the seasons, and the tastes of our members. You may hear of new vegetables, new ways of preparing old favorites, and lively discussions on varieties of vegetables, but you'll enjoy all the conversations, I'm sure.

Butternut! They grew in the draught, they grew in the freaky cloud bursts, nothing could stop them. And butternut soup!!!!

I love green beans. The french green beans store bought are delicious. I have never grown a vegetable. I'm just beginning to learn how to grow flowers. When I learn the flowers I will totally learn green bean growing next. :)
