When will my tomato seedlings be ready to put in my garden?

I'll be replanting new seeds this weekend too. I'm really bummed that not much is growing in my current garden. At least to have some seedlings and friends also have some they don't want/need.

What do I do about the mushrooms? Nobody I know is commenting about mushrooms. I don't know if it's the dirt or am I watering too much? I don't think I am.

 

Poodledoodlemom, I wish I had some sage advice to offer. Alas, I have none. I'm sure one of our more expert gardeners will know what you should do. I suspect there may be too much rotting material?
