I know I haven't posted much lately but we haven't had any 'NEW' snow lately. we only have all this old snow hanging around that doesn't seem to want to go away. Though my son who is going to college in Ohio just received about 2 feet of snow.
We still have our winters cover of snow, it is at about 28 inches just now. We lose some and it snows again, lose some and it snows. I expect that to continue for another month and a half. Some time in late March it will start to loose more than it gains, until in April we will see the black top on the roads again. Tom
Haven't had snow here in Essex now for a couple of weeks, altho I saw the long range forecast earlier this evening and it looks like the east of England is going to get another smattering from Tuesday onwards. Only an inch of 2, but it is no good for us jobbing gardeners. Glad I got out in my own garden today and did some more tidying...including cleaning the pond out a bit. bbrrrr
