Had a thunderstorm last night

 

Beautifully sunny at the moment, however we are forecast light rain later this afternoon. High of 17C with an overnight low of 7C. Not bad at all.

 

I really like the sound of ''beautifully sunny'' Oreti, maybe it will filter in an easterly direction and arrive soon in Kent where it is presently rather dull and misty. We need some sun today as we're off to have a look at some friends and their gardens.
I love the New Forest, in Hampshire, and could spend any day and any weather walking there.

It was 44°f for the low and got up to 78 this Afternoon. Very sunny and nice outside. Tomorrow is 65% chance of rain, which we need !!

Weird this morning. Six am the sky was clear and it was 51°f. By 7:30 am we were socked-in with fog, thick, heavy fog just rolled right in and now it's heavy clouds and supposed to be raining by 10 am. 80%chance for rain today. Well, I need a day off anyway but, when I make a plan, I am not pleased when I have to delay it. I have an itchy shovel kicking foot !!
