The forecast changed, with more older weather predicted ahead. I'm glad I installed the chicken water heater, in case I can't get out the chicken house in the am to remove ice. Also, I gave them fresh straw yesterday. With snow predicted, I should check the generator. The power lines here are like the ones in Glenn Campbell's old song, "TheLineman" - "and if it snows that stretch down south will never stand the strain"

First snow of the winter. Had a good laugh watching my terrier doing acrobatics trying to catch snowflakes as she tore around the yard at full speed. Sun came out, it rained, melted the streets and snowed again. Same forecasted for tomorrow
