Roses at Purple RanchPurple Ranch is just covered with blooms. I shot these this weekend. I love it out there when there is so much to see. My photos don't do justice for what mother nature has given us this year. I hope you enjoy as much as I did taking these photos. Pergola and lavender update to come. Until next time. Lavender Up! WOW what gorgeous roses!! I love to see dew/rain on flowers as it gives them an extra special (almost 3D) look to them. You certainly have a wonderful garden there PRH. The scent of those roses must fabulous!!
What great color. your ranch must look very pretty right now with all the color.
Beautiful roses, great shots
Lovely! The first photo made my mouth water, and the single rose is adorable.
I have to agree Eileen about seeing the dew/rain on the flowers. It's oh so refreshing. Great pics PRH. Great color. Makes me wish I had roses again. I can't seem to keep them over our cold winters even bundling them up the way I do. Thanks for sharing.
I agree with Eileen and tschnath .Just love dw or rain drops on your gorgeous roses.Lots of blooms to see at your ranch.
Do you know the name of the pink rose the 5th pic posted? I have a rambler type of pink rose with the yellow center that blooms once in late fall and I do not know the name of it. it is easy to root from cuttings and I have them in many places. In wet springs it suffers from powdery mildew. Is it the same as the clustered rose that you have in your pic? Appreciate it if you know the name of the rose. Login or register to leave a comment. |
