Cardinal CapersThe birds were very busy at the feeders today. The sun was shining and the temperatures were warmer. I guess they are stocking up for the cold winter to come. I was suppose to be wrapping presents and packing for our trip to NJ but everytime I passed the kitchen window there was lots of activity and I had to stop & watch with my camera handy. Those cardinals have a remarkable colour. I especially like the female one.
Gosh those cardinals certainly stand out in your garden!! The first picture is excellent with the light shining on his feathers and the darker background.
We don't seem to have as many cardinals this year but I do spend a lot of time at the kitchen window watching the birds. dooley
