Ready for WinterWe have been fortunate to have two weeks of sunny days and afternoon temperatures around 70. This weekend I finished up my pre-winter chores. The annuals have been pulled, the perennials have been cut back, birdbaths & birdfeeders got a good cleaning, and the leaves have been raked. There is always more to do but the bulk of it is done. I can't believe that Thanksgiving is next week! Thirty five days until winter officially begins. My knock out roses are still blooming, here are a few photos I took this weekend. just beautiful!
They aren't giving up, are they? Gorgeous
It's great to see your roses still in bloom. The last flower on my Iceberg rose died off when a hard frost hit last week.
Those roses are to die for. I especially like the photo of the one that includes the sky. Gorgeous! Login or register to leave a comment. |
