Crazy Week

Well friends I finally got back the computer BUT I will not use Geek Squad again.
My comuter wasn't in the house and it froze up with a audio message to call a phone number.
I called the number and was told for another $199.00 they would allow me to unlock the computer.
I did call HP Tech support and they cleared up the problem.
I should have called them before because I already pay for their service.
But in other news the Keets are just loving about all the time they're outside and it will be a problem when it gets cooler as while I'm wheeling them outside they scream VERY loud and will not stop for some time.
One other there thing is I didn'tput my Hummingbird feeder and what I thought a Dragon fly turned out to be a Hummer.
The wild turkey family has grown to 3 adults and 2 babies.
Tomorrow it will be 79 days without a smoke BUT I am having trouble breathing.
Friends its going to get cooler so sleep cool

What a mess

Sorry for no contact but the computer I bought in June died.
I put in shop for repair so by luck I bought a tablet and that's what I'm using.
I'm not used to tablet but I am on line.
Out on balcony with Frick and Track.

Bad Summer

Hi friends from a VERY wet New Jersey.
This has been the worse Summer than I can remember in my life time.
My tomato plant was the worse I've ever seen.
I got 4 tomatoes smaller than a golf ball and the seeds inside were green, and I even gave the plant tomato plant food.
Its Sunday night and its been raining all day BUT its not a driving rain so the keets can go outside.
The keets after BOTH of them got out of their cage causeing me almost of chaising the 2 keets.
The highest feel like temp was 110 and that is low for some of our friends whos temps are higherThe good thing is I haven't smoked since June 10 2018 which means its been 70 days without.
Still get the wants but I'm doing better.
Friends have to cover their cage and get to sleep.Sleep cool

Bad soil

Friends I come here and its probably the wrong place.
My tomato crop is over with NO TOMATOES to eat.
I used topsy turvy and there was 4 tomatoes that got no bigger then a golf ball.
I blame the potting soil as the crap I buy either it has twigs and stones or something that causes it to turn VERY hard and with watering the water runs right thru.
Will get a picture of a sun flower that the birds planting and they did a good job
The temp here at 11:20 is 81 degrees and it feels like 85,but the temp inside is 80 which is bad for my health.

Welcome Again

Well friends had to come back here and with Frank helping I'm back.
Last week was bad with humidity and the same for this week.
Its 9:20 PM and its 83 outside with a heat index of 90.
The keets are in bed and Im right behind.
So I am doing good with all tests and been close to 53 days without smoking.
I had a 2 day spell with flies all over my apartment.
I think they are coming in through the A/C system.
Sleep cool.

Boy its HOT

Hi friends from a very hot New Jersey.
The weekend was ok and they told us it was going to get hot until tomorrow when we are going to get storms and my roof is leaking,but it will be fixed on Wednesday.
Got some more good news today with the bill from the hospital and it was only $53.00.
Now time for me to get back outside with the keets.

Another crazy and scarie day

What a crazy day in NJ.
It started out ok till the sun started to invade my balcony.
Right now its 74 outside and its cooler now.
The problem was earlier the keets were out on balcony and was the sun was very strong on the babies,causing me to cover the cage.
After a couple minutes I saw Frack with her toe or nail caught in a string.
I finally was able to cut the string as she was upset and biting me.
But all is ok and I'm going to sleep as my baby is ok.

What a crazy day

Well friends its been a CRAZY day here with awful heat.
It started out not bad at 7:00 this morning but got really bad around 2PM
The temp outside was 102 and the heat index was around 111 and that is where I have to watch my parakeets.
The fireworks are going off in Phila Pa as I can hear them but not see them.
Back to the keets,they were in most of the day because I saw Frack panting like a dog so they both came in and they eat then took a snooze.
The sun went behind clouds and I heard thunder.
The birds were back out and the temp had cooled off to 80 and then the storms.
First was to get the babies out of the rain,move my little plants to a safe place and raise my shade before it was destroyed.
The lightning and thunder was the worse I have whitnessed in my 69 years.
In fact the storm is gone but its still raining with lightning.
Will talk to you tomorrow Happy 4th.

Boy its Hot

Well friends its 94 with a heat index of 108
Had to get another computer as my 4 year old laptop died.
Its been 23 days without a smoke and I still get the erge to try,but I'm not.
My breathing is getting better but I have to try to get back 41 years.
The neighbor had gone to the shore and it was quiet BUT they're home with ALL the pounding that goes with it.
Well friends its great to be back here and a special thanks to Frank for ALL his help.
